I feel relaxed and awake at the same time.
Things don’t affect me so much now. I get angry less.
Improving my self control makes me feel more secure.

Now I don’t walk looking at the floor, therefore I don’t miss anything anymore.
Now I’m not bored awaiting the bus: now I can think in my directions and I’m less tired when I’m standing.
I no longer use the contraction exercise machine and even my painkillers are out of date!
I’m content because the other day I played during a whole opera without any pain in my shoulder.
In class, the students don’t make me so nervous anymore and when I want them to listen, instead of shouting at them, I stop and practice my Alexander directions…and immediately they go quiet!
I awake more content in the morning: I have more energy to face the world, be it good or bad.
